Through a stable door on the left is a kitchen, which has been very well equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

Main bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment, handbasin and WC.
On the first floor, you will find a second sitting room with wonderful sea views over the English Channel.
Sleeps 2 - a good size bedroom with two single beds. This room also has access to the outside roof terrace. Please note that this door from the bedroom can be locked (for safety of children) and has railings but should be used at guests' own risk.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. Please note that the stairs inside the house are steep and typical of an old cottage in the conservation area. There is a handrail on one side for support.
Yes, Hoop and Griffin is the perfect family home. Please note that the full length windows, and roof terrace are suitably secured with metal railings, making them safe for everyone.
There is no private or allocated parking at the property, but there are plenty of parking options nearby. Firstly, you can pull up outside, along Griffin Street, and double park when unloading or packing the car. Secondly, you can park along the seafront which offers both free and paid for parking. All free parking is accessible past the rowing club, which is around a 3 minute walk from the house. Lastly, there are free roads that offer 24/7 parking, such as Sandown Road or College Road, which are about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the house, depending on where you find a space.
Yes, the house is dog friendly, and has an enclosed decked courtyard at the back of the house, which can be accessed from the kitchen or dining room. The beach is over the road, and dog friendly all year round.
Hoop & Griffin is located right on the seafront in Deal and lies on the edge of the famous, idyllic conservation area. The town centre is just a 5 minute walk away, where you will find a vast range of independent shops and cafes.
